Quebec company files for compensation under NAFTA for business lost due to government subsidies to Port Hawkesbury mill

Resolute Forest Products Inc. is taking action against the federal and provincial government through NAFTA. The company claims that government subsidies to the Point Tupper mill resulted in the closing of their Laurentide mill in Quebec.
