Potential restrictions to wood burning fireplaces in Halifax Regional Municipality have angered firewood supplies and buyers alike. The municiapality is looking at these changes because of a petition requesting that there be a nuisance smoke bylaw to reduce the possible health impacts from indoor burning appliances.
